Emily + Lee got married in the height of our Okanagan Summer which is always hot and sunny. However, there was so many fires in BC that caused a huge amount of smoke to settle in our valley. We were a little worried about it leading up to the wedding but when we woke up we got clear blue skies!
The ceremony took place at the beautiful Kopje park on Okanagan Lake in Lake Country. It was a perfectly sunny day and the ceremony was filled with heartfelt vows and emotion.
From there I got to take the couple to some local Kelowna parks and was able to capitalize on a sunset glow due to a little bit of smoke! It was beautiful light and an even more beautiful couple.
From there the couple held their reception at the Landmark building for a more industrial unique reception. Little Barn Rentals did an incredible job with the decorating and completely transformed the space. I was also able to work with some talented vendors this wedding. I got to work with Blushing Rhino Floral Design again this wedding and her creations are always incredible as well as Matt Vautour Films for videography.
It was a truly beautiful day celebrating their love!
